Ten years ago, Nathan left his marketing role in corporate America with a mission to start an agency that would think differently, act nimbly, evolve naturally and progress quickly. As Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Nerland Co. (formerly NADA Advertising), he’s achieved that mission, and continues to foster an organization that strives to see its clients flourish in a world chock-full of media. Nathan’s dedication extends even further as the founder of the Carson Glore Foundation, whose objective is to educate an entire generation of students by building schools in Kenya.

Angie’s drive to help organizations reach their true business potential is built upon nearly 20 years spent leading teams in marketing strategy at major organizations such as UnitedHealth Group, Optum Health, Capella University and Carlson Marketing Group. Angie’s role at Nerland Co. has her leading strategic planning for clients. Her focused attention to connecting the right people to the right business roles has her delivering positive results time and again.
Co (Coco) is Nerland’s agency mascot, best buddy, chief snuggler, stress reliever and work avoider. While no on really likes to discuss their age, Coco is our youngest team member, but she makes up for marketing inexperience with enthusiasm and tail-wagging. She contentedly fits on our laps now, but we’re loathe to tell her that she’ll soon weigh 60 pounds and be relegated to the floor.
It’s a ruff life—we know.
Jordan is our lead digital strategists and Agency Director. In his role, he combines his creative and business skills to not only guide day-to-day business operations, but to captain our more creative accounts. Both inside and outside of Nerland, Jordan loves photography, and his methodology of setting up the perfect shot has clients clambering for his work. His affection for beautiful aesthetics helps our team break the parameters of design time and again.

Katie’s commitment to discover the hidden possibility in every client comes from years of experience leading marketing and business development teams at organizations such as UnitedHealth Group, the Carlson School of Management, Carlson Marketing Group, Target and General Mills. Katie brings fresh perspective, research, organization, open communication and genuine interest to every project, which has proven fortuitous to her clients.

Robert is our savvy master of PR, communications and digital media; and uses this trifecta of expertise to help clients shape their brands. For 15 years he has assisted national consumer brands and major health care organizations in reaching their business goals by developing a thorough blend of these tools. In addition, Robert has vast account side experience at Interval, North Memorial Health Care and Carmichael Lynch Spong.
As Nerland Co.’s newest recruit, Drew brings with him a whole litany of creative skills ranging from InDesign, Photoshop, and WordPress to bronze foundry, screen printing and even a little Japanese. As our Associate Account Manager, Drew is responsible for client on-boarding, research, project management, production, troubleshooting and client launch plans.
