drewDrew Mintz

From designing websites and print media to creating social campaigns and marketing strategies, Drew loves working on a wide variety of client projects.

As Creative Director for Nerland Co, Drew is responsible for overseeing, managing, and often producing the agency’s visual content. From simply updating the look or feel of a website to overhauling the aesthetic identity of an entire brand, Drew loves collaborating with both designers and clients to create unique, eye-catching work.

Along with a passion for photography and design, Jordan loves helping brands uncover their true potential.  He has spent his career devoted to brand identities, digital storytelling, photography, and social media. Whether the task is rebranding a 50 year old company, helping a new start-up break into the marketplace, or creating an integrated marketing strategy to bring a brand to life, Jordan’s biggest goal is driving results while adapting to the daily changes of digital media.


nathanNathan Nerland

At the age of 23, Nathan founded Nerland Co. with a mission to start an agency that would think differently, act nimbly, evolve naturally and progress quickly. He’s achieved that mission, and continues to foster an organization that strives to see its clients flourish in a world chock-full of media.

Nathan’s dedication extends even further as the founder of the Carson Glore Foundation, whose objective is to educate an entire generation of students in Kenya, currently working on opening their third school.

His background in copywriting and proofing, paired with his experience in front-end web experience and content buildout is evident in the work he does for our clients. Dedicated to optimizing efficiency and organization, Michael keeps our agency on track each day.

Chief Experience and Strategy Officer

Angie’s drive to help organizations reach their true business potential is built upon nearly 20 years spent leading teams in marketing strategy at major organizations such as UnitedHealth Group, Optum Health, Capella University and Carlson Marketing Group. Angie’s role at Nerland Co. has her leading strategic planning for clients. Her focused attention to connecting the right people to the right business roles has her delivering positive results time and again.

Angie was a marketing manager for Gold Points’ and was part of the team that worked on rebranding Radisson in 2003/2004.

Robert is our savvy master of PR, communications and digital media; and uses this trifecta of expertise to help clients shape their brands.

For 15 years he has assisted national consumer brands and major health care organizations in reaching their business goals by developing a thorough blend of these tools. In addition, Robert has vast account side experience at Interval, North Memorial Health Care and Carmichael Lynch Spong.
